Indore Taxi Services is a technology platform that connects passengers with independent, licensed taxi drivers. We do not own, operate, or control the vehicles or drivers.
We are not liable for: delays, accidents, injuries, lost items, driver behavior, or any damages. All vehicles are insured as per the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. Use of this service is at your own risk.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Indore Taxi Services website (the "Site") and the taxi booking services provided by Indore Taxi Services ("we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or services.
Indore Taxi Services is a taxi booking platform operating in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, facilitating connections between passengers and licensed drivers. We are not a transportation provider but an intermediary. Our services are subject to the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, and relevant state regulations in Madhya Pradesh.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
All bookings are subject to availability. Fares are as displayed on the Site and may include base fare, distance charges, waiting time, tolls, parking and applicable taxes (including GST at 5% for cab services). Additional charges apply for night surcharge (10 PM to 6 AM), extra luggage or deviations from the route.
Payments are processed securely via the Site. You agree to pay the full fare upon completion. We use transparent pricing with no hidden fees, but rates may change due to fuel prices or regulatory updates. Refunds for cancellations are processed as per our policy below.

For outstation trips, cancellations after driver assignment incur full fare. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
Passengers must not smoke, consume alcohol or engage in illegal activities. Maximum 4 adults per sedan, 6 per SUV. Drivers may refuse service for safety reasons. Damage to the vehicle is chargeable at actual cost plus 100% surcharge.
Lost items must be reported within 24 hours. We assist in recovery on a best-effort basis but are not liable for loss or damage.
All drivers are licensed and verified. Vehicles are well-maintained with AC, GPS and insurance. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather or force majeure. Drivers follow Madhya Pradesh traffic rules; violations are the driver's responsibility.
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim liability for indirect damages. Vehicles are insured for third-party liability as per Motor Vehicles Act. Passengers are advised to have personal travel insurance. Total liability limited to fare paid.
We collect personal data as per our Privacy Policy. Data is used for booking, communication and improvement. Compliant with Information Technology Act, 2000 and DPDP Act, 2023. We do not share data without consent except as required by law.
We may terminate access for violations. You may stop using services anytime. Upon termination, obligations like payment survive.
These Terms are governed by Indian law, specifically Madhya Pradesh. Disputes resolved in Indore courts. Subject to Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and state taxi rules.
We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Check periodically.
